At the request of CEO SMEDA Ms. Nadia J. Seth and the Ministry of Industries, PAC CEO Mr. Kazim M. Saeed presented the business model developed by PAC for processor-led development of horticulture clusters to SAPM and Minister for Industries Mr. Haroon Akhtar Khan.
SAPM Mr. Haroon Akhtar Khan appreciated PAC’s business model and the initiative of Pakistan’s leading business groups to advance agri growth through PAC. The discussion focused on leveraging private-sector leadership and market-linked cluster models to strengthen value chains, enhance farmer incomes, and drive sustainable agri-industrial exports. SAPM Mr. Haroon Akhtar Khan directed SMEDA to lead the follow-up with PAC’s support.
